David Bouhadana's love for sushi ignited at 18, leading him from Florida kitchens to a demanding apprenticeship in Japan. There, he mastered the discipline and respect core to sushi. Back in New York, he excelled at renowned restaurants before opening Sushi UO, Sushi Dojo and Sushi On Jones, all defying tradition with a vibrant atmosphere and affordable Edomae-style sushi.
